Dr. Alexandra Eusebi is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the UTeach Program at the University of Texas at Austin. She currently serves as the Academic Director for UTeach Access, a co-enrollment initiative between UT Austin and Austin Community College aimed at increasing the number and diversity of K-12 STEM educators. With over 25 years of experience in education, Dr. Eusebi has made significant contributions to STEM education through curriculum design, professional development, and mentorship.
In her role with UTeach, Dr. Eusebi helps guide undergraduates toward secondary teaching certification, focusing on inquiry-based instruction and meaningful field-based experiences. Her approach bridges the gap between educational theory and classroom practice, preparing future educators to meet the diverse needs of today’s students.
Dr. Eusebi is actively involved in service at both the university and community levels. She serves on the UT Elementary School Board and leads its Nominating Committee, shaping the school’s leadership and governance. In addition, she has been appointed to oversee the implementation and spending of voter-approved district improvement bonds for Eanes ISD, ensuring that projects meet district priorities and guidelines.
Through her teaching and work in the UTeach program, leadership in professional development, and community service, Dr. Eusebi strives to make meaningful contributions to education at both the university and K-12 levels.
